• 8am BCP Holy Communion service and 10:30am Commemorative Service to mark the Coronation of King Charles III. All warmly welcome. (Church).

• 11:30am to 12:30pm Social event following the service to mark the Coronation. Centre. An hour's social - light refreshments, coronation cake, interactive all age quiz, young people's corner, tea, coffee, soft drink and wine. Plant sale.

Please remain vigilant and remember that Mark would never approach people in this way. As a general rule, do not give out personal information, purchase anything or send money without verifying the source. If you wish to contact Mark to check whether an email has really come from him, then you can find his details on the website (but do not follow links in emails unless you have checked they are taking you to the correct website!).

SERVICES THIS FOURTH SUNDAY OF ADVENT - 18TH OF DECEMBER

  Bible Readings: Isaiah 7: 10 - 16 and Matthew 1: 18 - end

• 12:15pm Internment of ashes

• 6pm Nine Lessons and Carols Service: A service that in which through carol, choir anthem, readings from Scripture and other readings, the plan of God's salvation history from the beginning of creation to the birth of Jesus is marked. Mince pies and mulled wine served from the back of church following the service. (Not ticketed)

SERVICES THIS THIRD SUNDAY OF ADVENT

• 8am BCP Holy Communion and 10:30am Parish Communion
  Bible Readings: Isaiah 35: 1 - 10 and Matthew 11: 2 - 11

• 3pm to 5pm Drop in for those from the Ukrainian community and their hosts (Centre)

• 4pm Switching on of our Christmas Tree Lights - a short service of carols and prayers around our Tree as the lights come on, followed by mince pies and mulled wine back in the centre with our Ukrainian friends.

• 6pm The Longest Night Christmas Service: A service that recognises that not everyone is in a good place at Christmas. A quieter, gentler, reflective ane peaceful service.
